Safety is owned by our passionate, high-performing Safety Manager, Henry Vargas, who has extensive knowledge in safety protocols from his 25+ years in the trucking industry. This quarter we have added 40 years of experience to our safety team with specialties in equipment and facility. The Safety Program we have in place is a comprehensive blueprint that touches all aspects of our business, and ensures we hold ourselves to a high standard throughout. This plan starts with driver recruiting, in which we select owner-operators who have proven to be committed to safety, service and professionalism.
