U.S. crude oil exports declined by 3% in 2025 compared to the previous year, marking the first annual drop since 2021. Shipments to key markets in Europe, Asia, and Oceania decreased, though U.S. crude imports fell by a greater margin during the same period.
The Greater Houston Port Bureau will host a special VIP event, Sailing Towards New Horizons, on April 16 at Manchester Terminal in partnership with Fleet Week Houston. Trucking Market Outlook Improves
Freight Transportation Research (FTR) reports that trucking conditions improved at the start of the year, with its Trucking Conditions Index rising to 9.3 in January, up from 4.85 in December and the strongest level since early 2022. While market conditions for carriers are showing signs of improvement, the report notes that increasing fuel costs could create challenges in the near term.
