The disruptions caused by the pandemic have accelerated the adoption of AI technologies, demonstrating significant enhancements in logistics costs, inventory management, and service levels. As the industry gears up for a new era, AI applications, ranging from real-time demand forecasting to integrating robotic automation in warehouses, are reshaping logistics globally. This blog will explore recent developments, innovations, and challenges surrounding AI integration in logistics, emphasizing its transformative impact on global supply chains.

I’m sure you have often heard the terms AI, predictive AI, and data mapping. But what are the key differences? AI, or Artificial Intelligence, refers to developing computer systems that can perform tasks that typically require human intelligence or input to determine an outcome. AI is now extensively used in logistics to optimize operations, enhance efficiency, and address challenges through real-time demand forecasting and robotic automation.
