Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy announced that the FMCSA determined that Pennsylvania improperly issued non-domiciled commercial driver’s licenses, including to applicants whose legal status was not verified. The USDOT is requiring the state to revoke the affected licenses and correct its CDL processes or risk losing nearly $75 million in federal funding.
