At Excargo, we keep our finger on the pulse of what’s happening in Houston at the ports, on the roads, and in the industry.

Port of Houston

On this Western Hemisphere #PortsDay, Port Houston recognizes the workers on the front lines that support the port industry and community. From labor and truckers to security and maintenance, these essential workers contribute to the movement of goods across nations.

The "Big John" - a heavy lift floating crane, discharged cargo from the Star Hansa at city dock 23. It has been moving cargo to and from ships, barges and docks in the region since the late 1960s. We thank all the workers that are on the job helping keep the flow of goods moving.

The National Glory called the Jacintoport Terminal recently and general cargo and containers were discharged and loaded. The Port of Houston remains open for business thanks to our hardworking team members and all transportation workers who are essential to the national economy.

The Kota Bakat, a charter vessel of King Ocean Gulf Alliance (KOGA Shipping), had its maiden voyage at Port Houston's CARE Terminal operated by Coastal Cargo of Texas this week. We appreciate all of the workers on the front lines supporting the shipping activity at Port Houston.

Port Houston is honored to have had the opportunity to engage with more than 100 members of @TheAgTC on a conference call to discuss operational activity at our Port. Our Exec. Dir. shared that the Port is open for business and committed to serving the nation. Thank you, AgTC!
