Click on the "Historical Orders" at the top of the screen and then enter any information you have, like the container# or your billing reference#. Next click on the circle next to what kind of information you are entering. Go to the bottom of the screen and click on Save. You will be able to view or print the invoice and pertinent backup. Sort data any way you want it: Click on any underlined column header to the entire report in that respective order. For example, alphabetical by Container Prefix and Number or by your reference#. Trace your container on the train or port: Click on the underlined unit# in the Unit# column. If it is not underlined, it is not in their system. Want to know where the container was delivered? Click on the contents of the Released by Customer field and you will be linked to a map where we deliver the container or trailer. View documents: Click on the any underlined Excargo Pro# to view all of the scanned images of pertinent documents: the order, the bill of lading, etc. Print, email or fax anything in our system by selecting it and printing. Use all the windows functionality of your normal Internet Explorer. Plus, you can cut and paste into Excel to do your own manipulation or custom reporting. Hint: Enter the first letters or numbers of a selection, you will be able to choose from a list of similar possibilities. |
